Suspension Work

Shock Service
  • Rebuild: $75.00 Includes complete disassembly and reassembly. All internal and external parts are cleaned and checked with a micrometer for wear.
  • Revalve: $140.00 Includes complete rebuild, plus internal valving, which is customized to each individual rider's height, weight, type of riding, terrain, and skill level.

Policies and Warranties

Shipping: All shipping is UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Blue Label, Next Day Air, and Saturday Delivery are available on request.

Payment: All work and parts are shipped COD Cash or Money Order only. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Pre-Payment: All pre-payments should be paid by Money Order or personal check. Please contact us prior to sending any pre-payments. Returned Check Charge = $30.

Damage-in-Shipping: Any damage-in-shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier. MCR is in no way liable for any loss or damage-in shipping.

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are FOB from MCR. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from MCR. MCR will not accept COD packages from customers.

Same Day Service: A same day rush service is available for suspension services only for a $50.00 additional fee during peak season.

Prices: Pricing is subject to change without prior notification. To confirm pricing prior to service, please call or e-mail us.

Warranty: All work performed by MCR is guaranteed for thirty days against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty only applies to parts worked on or replaced. For example: If your forks are revalved, and new seals are installed, the revalve and seals are covered under our warranty. If however, another component not replaced or worked on fails, like engagement bushings, they are not covered, nor is the labor to replace them.

Satisfaction Guarantee: All revalve work is guaranteed for a period of fifteen days for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the revalve work, please contact us immediately. We will either help you adjust your suspension to your liking, or revalve it again. Sorry, No Cash Refunds.
